I don't know,maybe not. Like I created an alt account but because I have an extremely different audience on my Source Filmmaker account. Also you might split traffic and/or make it difficult to manage the accounts. I myself have a hard time managing my SFM and drawing accounts so, for me, I don't think it's that needed
